+These recessed LED channels feature a flange design, enabling seamless flush mounting with 12mm tiles for a clean, integrated finish. Suitable for recessed installation in tiles, ceramic, or stoneware surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, etc. They accommodate 10mm IP67 waterproof strip lights, ensuring uniform and glare-free illumination in wet environments such as shower niches. Constructed from quality aluminum alloy with an anodized surface finish, they offer superior oxidation resistance and extended durability. The LED profile kits have a flange design and can be mounted between two tiles or used as tile-ending trim. They also can work as heat sinkers to effectively dissipate LED-generated heat to enhance the longevity of the tile lighting system. The stock length is 2M, and customizable cutting options are available. The inner width is 12.3mm and supports the LED strips up to 12mm in width. Only one type of diffuser is available: PC opal matte covers, which are made of brand-stable material, anti-yellowing, and perfect light distribution. The LED channel diffusers have a clip-in design for easy installation. End caps with /without wire holes are included.
Note: You can use regular IP65 surface-coated or IP67 silicone tube waterproof LED strips, but need to use silicone glue to seal the end caps and diffusers for waterproofing.

The Steps Of Installation:
1. Prepare the accessories: lighting strips, power supply, controller, connectors, wires, etc.
2. Mount the LED tapes on the aluminum profile.
3. Lead out the power cable of LED strips and install the end caps with and without wire holes.
4. Use silicone glue to seal the end caps.
5. Put a small amount of silicone glue on the upper shelves of the profile and insert the diffuser.
6. Insert additional silicone glue into the gaps with the end caps and covers for tightly sealed.
7. Wipe the tile trim LED profiles thoroughly to remove the extra silicone glue.
8. Paint cement mortar, place the profile where you want to install it, then stick the tile and lead out the power cable.
9. Connect the power cable to the power supply to power the strips on.
10. Installation completely.

1) Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, you can order samples for the test. Please contact us to get a free sample; you only need to pay for the shipping.
2) What are the maximum lengths we can order?
The maximum length in stock is 2 meters. You can order 2.5M, 3M, or longer lengths, but an MOQ is required. We can only ship by boat if the length is over 3M.
3) How are they waterproof?
We recommend using silicone glue to seal the sides of diffusers and end caps for waterproofing.
4) Can we use them for outdoor applications?
No, we do not recommend using them in rainy places or outdoors. After you do the waterproof work, they can be used in the bathroom or as show niche lighting.
5) Can we customize the color?
Yes, we can spray them in any color you prefer. Or you can paint them by yourself.
6) Are there any other diffusers available?
No, there is only one type of diffuser available.
7) What types of LED Strips do you recommend?
You can install any strips inside. However, the width must be under 12mm, and the power consumption must be under 15 watts per meter.
