The ALP192 aluminum channels have an up-and-down design, providing illumination upwards and downwards of the walls to create a warm ambiance and enhance the safety of staircases. It is perfect for any home or business wanting to add a modern and stylish touch. The stair LED profiles are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum material with black spray coated, anti-oxidation resistance, and a longer lifespan. Only black color is in stock, but we accept color customize. The standard length is 1M and 2M; custom lengths are available; we can cut to any size you want. The inner width is 12.3mm, which allows the max width of LED lights to be 12mm; installing the LED strips inside is easy. Recommend using high-density SMD LED or COB tapes as the light source, and the stair tracks can work as a heat sinker for better heat dissipation. Two types of diffusers are available: PC diffused covers and PC semi-clear diffusers. They are made of imported brand material, anti-yellowing, and perfect lighting distribution; you will get even and uniform lighting. End caps are included, and it is easy to connect to a light driver to light up or add a Light Dimmer to adjust the brightness freely. The handrail with LED lighting is non-waterproof and only recommended for indoor lighting projects, and you can install them in homes, offices, supermarkets, cinemas, etc.

How To Install The Illuminated Handrail Tracks:
1. Drill holes on profile B for mounting and wiring.
2. Drill the threaded hole for M5 on profile A.
3. Stick LED Strips on the slots on profile A and let the wires of LED strips through the wiring holes.
4. Clip in the light cover on profile A.
5. Fix the end caps with screws.
6. Mounting profile B on the wall with screws.
7. Press profile A into profile B.
8. Use M5 screws to lock profile A and profile B with screwdriver.
9. Connect the light strips to an LED driver or LED Controller.
10. Test the LED banister lights.
11. Confirm if the stair profiles with steady installation.
12. Installation completed.
