+The gypsum LED profiles are designed to recess into 5/8" drywall on walls, ceilings, or baseboards to create a seamless modern look and provide soft indirect lighting. They are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and have white powder surface treatment, anti-oxidation resistance, and a longer lifespan. The standard length is 2M; you can cut to any size to suit your projects. The inner width is 13.9mm, which allows the width of lights up to 13mm. Recommend adding 24V COB LED Strips as the light source, without visible light dots, and uniform lighting distribution. The mud in aluminum profiles can work as heat sinkers, allowing for better heat dissipation and extending the lifespan of strip lights. Only one type of diffuser is available: PC diffused cover, made of imported-brand material and anti-yellowing, which creates soft, diffused lighting that reduces glare and provides pleasant illumination. The drywall reveal has a single flange that makes it simple to flush mount for the ultimate modern look and seamless wall-washing effect. Three models of connectors are available: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180°; you can use them for straight or angled connections to create long and continuous runs.

FAQs:
1)Do we need to purchase the diffusers and accessories separately?
No, our LED light channels come with aluminum channels, same-length diffusers, end caps, and mounting clips(if needed). The tape lights, controllers, power supplies, wires, and remote controls are sold separately. If you want to order extra diffusers and accessories, please feel free to contact us.
2) What are the maximum width strip lights we can use? Can you recommend one?
The inner width allows the maximum width of strip lights to be 12mm, and we recommend adding our 10mm white COB LED strips as the light source.
3) How can we install them for corners or connect them straight?
We will provide 3 types of couplers for corner applications or connect straight: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180° couplers.
4) What is the maximum length we can order?
The maximum length we can do is 6M per piece. We have 2M, 2.5M, and 3M in stock. For easy shipping, we recommend ordering 2M or 2.5 M. We can only ship the 3M ones or longer than 3M by ship.
5) Is only white color available?
Yes, we only have white in stock. But if you give us the color code, we can paint any color you want.
6) Can we paint them the same color as our walls or ceilings?
Yes, you can. Before the painting, we recommend polishing the aluminum channels.
7) Can we cut to our desired size by ourselves?
Yes, you can cut to any size with a hacksaw, fine-tooth cutting blade, or cutting machine. Or we can help you do it for free.
