Shipping Methods Guide
This page shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimates shipping costs and shipping times, and gives other useful information on the ledbe.com shipping process.
Our products are shipped out daily, from Monday to Saturday, except on holidays. Most orders placed will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (except the products with "Delivery lead time"). You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. After you receive your tracking number, you can track your order online. If your goods were shipped by air cargo, please get in touch with us at sales@ledbe.com should there be a delay. Please feel free to contact us if you encounter any difficulties while tracking your goods online.
Choose a Shipping MethodYou can choose the shipping method on the Checkout page during the checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:
1. Express Shipping
We will use FedEx, DHL, and UPS to send out your cargo, the delivery time is around 2-5 days on usual, but due to the COVID-19 situation, the delivery time is around 5-9 days.

2. Air Mail
For some items, you can ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail, it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 7 - 21 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please consider this when choosing this option.

3. By Sea
If the weight of the goods in your shopping cart is over 100 kg and you don't need them urgently, you can contact us to get the shipping cost by sea. The cost of shipping by sea is the cheapest, which allows you to reduce the cost of getting bulk quantities of goods from us. Email sales@ledbe.com anytime if you want to send the goods by sea.
Estimate Total Delivery Time
Before your order is shipped, we have to process it and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests. Because of this, the Total Delivery Time is different from the shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We have such a wide range of products, so processing time differs from category to category. Please check with us for an estimate of your order's Total Delivery Time.
Questions:
Q1: How will I know the tracking number?
A1: We will email you the tracking number after we send out your parcel. If you do not get it on time, please check the spam/junk folder. If you still have not found it, please contact us.
Q2: On the checkout page, there is no shipping option. What can I do?
A2: For some reason, if no shipping options are displayed, please contact us to get the shipping cost.
Q3: What can I do if the parcel is not delivered successfully?
A3: If the parcel delivered failed caused of an irresistible factor, you could ask us to resend or get a full refund.
Q4. What about the clearance?
A4. Customers are responsible for the clearance and customs duties.
