What are Cove Lighting Channels?

The Cove Lighting Channels are the formed light fixtures that help to build the indirect lighting into ledges, recesses, or valances in ceilings or high on the walls. Modern Valance Light Fixtures will conceal the light source, and the strip lights will produce a gentle, smooth light that will bounce off a wall or ceiling. They can accentuate architectural features, highlight artwork or decorative elements, or add a touch of ambiance. They are commonly used in residential settings, like living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, or commercial spaces like restaurants, hotels, shopping stores, etc.

How long are the Cove Light Profiles?

The stock length is 2 meters per piece, but we can cut to any size you need. An MOQ is required for longer lengths. We can produce the max length is 6 meters.

What light source do you recommend?

We recommend the high-density single-color or tunable white COB Strip Lights for the Cove Lighting. They can create soft, uniform, linear lighting without dark areas and light dots. They must work with LED Dimmers to adjust the brightness and color temperature.

What colors can we choose?

The standard color for the Cove Light Channels is white, and other colors are customizable.

Do I need to order the diffuser, end caps, and accessories separately?

No, you do not need it. Each set of Cove Lighting Channels comes with an aluminum channel, diffuser, end caps, and clips(if needed). You need to prepare the Strip Lights, Controllers, Power Supplies, wires, etc. 

How can I connect them?

For some Cove Channel models, three types of couplers are available: 180 °, 90 °, and 90 ° Vertical couplers. 180°, 90°， 90° vertical couplers are available. You can use them to connect the LED Channels for lighting designs.
